1. Shipping

Baginbox.nl delivers to:

  • The Netherlands

  • Belgium

  • Germany

Delivery time

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown clearly during checkout.

2. Age verification (18+)

Alcoholic products are only delivered to customers aged 18 or older. ID may be required upon delivery.

3. Delivery

We use reliable logistics partners. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

4. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

After notification, you have another 14 days to return the goods.

5. Exceptions

Returns are not possible for:

  • opened wine packaging

  • damaged goods due to misuse

  • custom or special orders

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

7. Damaged items

Please report damage within 48 hours with photos to [email protected].
